downloadFileResources

If true, the file resources (files and images) linked to the downloaded tracked entity instances are downloaded as part of this call, right after each batch of instances is persisted. Only the files that have not been previously downloaded are requested, and a file that fails to be downloaded is ignored.

This is the recommended way of downloading tracker file resources. Downloading them here, instead of in a separate call once the data download has finished, is what allows the SDK to know the program each tracked entity was downloaded for, which the server requires to resolve the files of attributes assigned to a program.

The maximum file size is taken from the synchronization settings.
